How to Order From Us 1. Open http://facesbyjen.smugmug.com 2. Find the Wedding or Portrait gallery (or galleries) where you want to order prints. 3. To order one image at a time follow step 4 then jump down to step 6. To order multiple images (from the same gallery) start at step 5a. 4. Find the image and click on Buy --> This Photo (see red oval below) 5a. For multiple images, click on Photos in this Gallery (see green oval below) (if you're ordering one at a time, skip down to step 6) 5b. Select the product size you want: (see blue oval below) 5c. Click on the images you want: (see blue boxes around images below) 5d. Then click on Add Photos to Cart (see red oval below) (if you are not ordering from any other gallery skip down to step 8) 6a. To add prints click on the + symbol to increase the quantity desired next to the size you want: (see blue oval below) 6b. If you want Merchandise, Click on the Merchandise Tab and select items in the same way as above. 6c. If you want to download a file, click on the Downloads Tab and select items in the same way as above. 7. If you want to add images from another gallery, click on Back to Photos to find the other gallery and follow the steps above. 8. Once you are finished selecting, click on Checkout. (see red oval above) 9. Some print sizes will need to be cropped, to adjust, click on the image or click on the Adjust option (see yellow circle below) 10. Click on the corners to adjust your crop (see red circles below), click on the Image itself and a 4 point arrow pointer will appear, click and drag to adjust the desired center of the image, when you're finished, click on Save Crop (see green oval below). 11a. If you want to add Frames & more to your prints, click on the button (see yellow oval below). 11b. Select Framing and the color desired (see red and blue circles below). 11c. Select Mounting and the options desired (see red and green circles below). 11d. Select Finishes and options desired (see red and purple circles below). 11d. Once you have adjusted all crops and added any frames, click on Checkout (see yellow oval below) 12. Fill in the shipping address and click on Next: Shipping Options when you're finished (see red oval below). 13. Select your Shipping Options and click on Next Payment Info: (see blue oval below) 14. Fill in your Payment Information, you can use your shipping address if the same as your billing address (see yellow oval below). If you have a coupon, fill it in here (see red oval below). When you're done, click on Next: Review Order (see blue oval below) 15. Under Review Order, ensure all the information is correct. You will see your images cropped in this screen. Note: Facesbyjen.com watermark will NOT be on your printed images or downloads! 16. Click on Place My Order when you're finished! (see blue oval below) Your Order Has Been Placed!!! But....if you tried to order, closed your browser and when you came back, saw this: Read this article prepared by SmugMug.
