About Unveiled Faces by Jennilyn
I, Jennilyn, have been in love with weddings since
I shot my first wedding in 2004. I have met some really incredible people over the years.
I've met nurses, teachers, soldiers, mothers, and fathers.
I am continually amazed at the stories of love,
timing and providence. I've learned new traditions and shared in the old.
To me, it is a joy to capture the best day two
people will have in their lives.
The more weddings I photograph and the more people I meet, the more I cry at each wedding
and the more deeply I care about my clients.
What's really neat about this job is that I kind of
write through my photography. Inscribing
someone's memories forever in digital files,
to create a story of joy and love out
of seemingly random specks of light.

What makes this job even better is that I get to
work with my husband, Bret.
He has worked with
me since the fall of 2009 and
I have grown so much
as a business owner and photographer since then!
He brings out the best in me
so I can bring
out the best in our clients.
I love how much we complement
each other in our shooting styles.
We both share the passion for our clients.
With every click of the shutter, we attempt to capture God's glory in our clients.

The name, Unveiled Faces, comes from the verse below:
Now the Lord is the Spirit,
And where the Spirit of the Lord is,
There is freedom.
And we, who with Unveiled Faces
All reflect the Lord's glory,
Are being transformed
Into His likeness
With ever-increasing glory,
Which comes from the Lord,
Who is the Spirit.
2 Corinthians 3:17-18
We believe that every one of us reflects God's glory in some way. As our Creator,
His fingerprints are everywhere.
We consider it a privilege to get to capture it!
We genuinely love our clients and
bringing out the best in them.
We love the relationships we start and continue with our clients (read some of their testimonies here!)
To us, the relationship with our clients
is the most important part.
Think about it...if you don't like and trust us,
you really won't be the real you in your photographs. But if you do like us and trust us, you won't mind when
we take pictures of you and your dad crying
when he sees you for the first time.

One of the core beliefs of our wedding photography business is a close relationship with each couple.
We strive to be good friends after the wedding and we try to encourage them in their marriage. I had
an idea in the spring of 2011, to take a picture with all of our rings,
the bride,
the groom, Bret and myself.
Photographically saying, "we support your marriage." We believe that the real
journey begins after the wedding is over. We want to continue sharing the joys and sorrows of marriage with our clients,
friends and family. This idea has caught
on
so much that we had a bride who put
up a print
of
4 sets of rings! (Theirs, ours, and two other
previous wedding photography couples)
We'd love to capture your "day 1."
